around the world. Yes the world, as this conference takes place during the USA 7’s

International Tournament in Las Vegas – the largest international rugby event in North

America. Televised live on NBC, this event is watched by hundreds of thousands. The

medical conference provides state-of-the-art education to help physicians,

chiropractors, physical therapists, athletic trainers, massage therapist, and strength

coaches continue to provide medical care for those that participate in the game of

Penalty Kick Promo

The Penalty Kick Promo sponsorship will provide you high visibility exposure to the

medical audience during all breaks and intermissions. An advertisement of your choice

will appear on screen for the duration of both morning and afternoon intermissions in

addition to appearing between each presentation.

Back-line Badges -

Display your company's logo throughout the conference on each attendees name tag

and lanyard. Include your logo and assure that every attendee is wearing your

company's message throughout the weekend.

Morning Breakfast & Coffee

Host the breakfast during the event. Be a hero to coffee and tea drinkers alike by

sponsoring the drink cart located in the lecture. Throughout the day attendees will be

welcomed to enjoy a hot drink and snack presented by your company.

All conference attendees will receive a high quality tote bag to hold important

Speaker Sponsor

What an opportunity to sponsor an expert speaker and presenter at the USA Rugby Medical Symposium!  Your brand and logo associated directly with a lecture.  You will have 5 minutes to address the audience prior to the speaker's lecture to the captive audience.  In addition you will be provided an exhibit booth.



Sin Bin Soiree

Your company can mingle with all attendees as they arrive to the event for the meet &

greet. Each year this initial event proves to be the icebreaker for this multi-specialty

event. Package includes 5-10 minute presentation during the event. (can include

multimedia). This year’s event will take place on Thursday night following the

concussion roundtable from 8:30-10:30pm

The Concussion Round Table

Host the most dynamic event at the 2014 USA Rugby Medical Symposium: the

Concussion Round Table. This package gives you sponsorship for the Thursday night’s

head trauma round table. This one of a kind event will have international attendance, as

the best practices from around the globe will be discussed. Give your organization full

exposure for conference attendees throughout the weekend.

2015 USA Rugby Sports Medicine Symposium Title Sponsor

As the title sponsor for the 2012 USA Rugby Medical Symposium your company will

receive exposure to international medical decision makers. This opportunity includes all

level sponsorships, and exclusive briefing with USA Rugby Medical Director Michael

Keating and web presence on the front page of www.usarugby.org with over 100,000

Exhibitor Opportunities in the 'Try Zone'

At the 2015 USA Rugby Medical Symposium We are expecting over 100 of the most

influential health care professionals in the sport of rugby to be in attendance at this one of-

a-kind event. The 'Try Zone' is an area where companies will have the opportunity to

sell and display apparel, equipment, and services targeted at the rugby and sports medicine community.



$750 per 10 X 10 space (multiple spaces available)

Includes one ticket to USA 7s Rugby Tournament and complimentary entry to all events

and meals.


Table and Space Size:

One 10 X 10 exhibit space will contain one 6' X 2.5' table with two .  We highly recommend that you use a table cloth and drape for you table.
